Day tours to nearby 16th Century cities can be arranged where you will be able to see Spanish architecture built during the Spanish occupation of the Philippines, or visit the local markets to find locally made products.

The City of Vigan is a must-see.  It is the best preserved Spanish architectural town in the Philippines and the birth place of several national heroes.

There are many other interesting old churches in neighboring towns not too far from the resort.
